Overview

A full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services

Parkland Health Center provides quality primary and secondary level inpatient and outpatient services to the people of St. Francois and surrounding counties in southeastern Missouri. Parkland’s obstetrics care has been recognized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as a Birthing-Friendly hospital. U.S. News & World Report named Parkland a 2025 High Performing hospital for Maternity Care. 

Parkland includes a full-service acute care hospital in Farmington and Missouri’s first rural emergency hospital in Bonne Terre.

The Farmington campus offers a full continuum of inpatient, medical-surgical, intensive, obstetrics, and emergency services, along with a wide variety of outpatient services including oncology, an infusion center, a cardiac catheterization lab, a wound care clinic, and the Huckstep Heart and Lung Center.
