Parkland Opens New Heart Health Center at Farmington Campus
Parkland Health Center has opened its new Heart Health Center, located behind the hospital at 1151 Hazel Ln. in Farmington. This space represents not just growth, but a renewed commitment to the community we are privileged to serve.
The newly renovated facility provides:
- An outpatient facility for nuclear medicine stress tests and ultrasounds of the heart
- Convenient parking
- New, state-of-the art equipment
Cardiologists Andre Bouhasin, MD, Azamuddin Khaja, MD, and Archana Sinha, MD, along with advanced practice providers Kristin Jennings, FNP, and Ryane Fitzwater, PA-C, are now seeing patients at the new Heart Health Center.
The team is recognized for providing high-quality cardiovascular care, focusing on diagnosing, treating, and preventing heart and vascular diseases. Our providers treat coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmia, heart failure, peripheral arterial diseases, complex blood pressure management, varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency.
The Heart Health Center is located at 1151 Hazel Ln. in Farmington and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, patients may call 573-705-7870.
