Applicants must submit a personal statement, pharmacy transcripts, three letters of recommendation and curriculum vitae through PhoRCAS. The Pharmacy Practice Residency Program at Christian Hospital participates in the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Resident Matching Program (the “Match”).
