Anna Flath, PharmD

Anna recently graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) School of Pharmacy in May with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She is excited to continue her training at Memorial Hospital as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident. Anna has interests in women’s health, cardiology, acute care, and diabetes. Throughout residency, she hopes to expand her clinical knowledge, collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare, and develop into a well-rounded clinical pharmacist. Anna enjoyed her time at Memorial as a student pharmacist and it excited to continue working alongside the hospital’s dedicated and knowledgeable pharmacy team.
