Step 1 - Schedule an Appointment

Choose your appointment time. A MyChart account is required for your visit. Open the confirmation email and follow the instructions.

Step 2 - Receive Care

Create your MyChart account. If you are using a smartphone, download the Teladoc app. Complete MyChart eCheckin. Answer basic questions about symptoms, insurance and contact information.

Step 3 IconConnect

Step 3 - After Your Visit

Get comfortable in a quiet, well-lit space. Click MyChart Video Icon in MyChart to launch the Teladoc app. Follow the prompts in Teladoc to begin your visit.
