Thank you for choosing a BJC HealthCare facility for your health needs. For your convenience, we offer the ability to pay your bill online through MyChart. Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or electronic check.
How to Sign Up for MyChart
MyChart offers secure online access to your medical records, making it easier to manage your health anytime, anywhere. With MyChart, you can view test results, message your care team, schedule appointments, and manage and pay your medical bills all in one place.
Signing up is simple:
Visit MyPatientChart.org and click “Sign Up Now.”
Enter your personal information and submit the form.
Verify your identity.
Choose a username and password to complete your setup.

To pay your bill online through MyChart, follow these steps:
Login to MyChart.
Click on “Pay My Bills.”
Your Billing Summary will show up as pictured below.
Click on green “Pay now” button.

Make payment.
This payment portal is for BJC HealthCare hospitals and BJC Medical Group providers only. You may receive additional bills for other services the patient received including, for example, physician charges for consultations, anesthesiology, or radiology. If you have questions regarding these or other bills, please contact those offices directly.
Financial Assistance: If you are concerned about the cost of your care, financial assistance may be available to you. If you need help paying for the health services you received, please contact one of our financial representatives to determine if help is available to you. Financial assistance may include determining your eligibility for free care or for a reduction in the amount you owe, helping you apply for Medicaid assistance, or setting up an interest-free payment plan. If you have applied for assistance in the past, you may reapply at any time to ensure we are aware of your most current financial situation.

Payment Credits: Your payment will be credited to your patient account within 48 hours. The normal time frame for payment to be reflected on your credit card account is a minimum of one week, depending on the practices of your banking institution.
Refunds: If you need to request a refund for any reason, please contact the Revenue Management office listed on your statement. If it is determined you are due a refund, please allow 21 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds using debit and credit cards will be refunded to the card used to make the payment, when possible. All other refunds will be made by check.
