Health screenings testing and treatments
Your primary care doctor is your health partner for life. You'll have access to a highly experienced, knowledgeable primary care provider who focuses on your needs.
Health screenings
All screenings include blood pressure, height, weight, body mass index (BMI) or waist and hip measurements, tobacco use and exercise history. Immediate individual interpretation of results with supporting educational materials, recommendations for changes, and referrals to other resources are offered.
Total cholesterol and glucose screening
Total cholesterol and glucose screening includes high-density lipoprotein, cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein ratio, and random glucose. For the screening, nine-hour fasting is recommended, but not required. Medications are permitted and water is encouraged.
Lipid panel and glucose screening
Lipid panel and glucose screening includes total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein, cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein ratio, low-density lipoprotein, triglycerides, and glucose.
Body composition analysis
The In-Body 230 Composition Analyzer gives a quick analysis of your body composition, including body fat percentage, muscle mass, and muscle development.
Flexibility program
As we age, muscles tighten, and joint range of motion can diminish. This can slow down energetic lifestyles and hinder day-to-day activities. A regular stretching program can help lengthen muscles and restore vigor.
Grip strength test
The grip strength test measures the muscular strength of the upper extremities. There is a strong correlation between grip strength and overall upper body strength. Strength training is an important component of a physical fitness program. It helps muscles become stronger and improve tone, appearance, and endurance. This helps increase energy, avoid injury, perform daily activities, and improve athletic performance.
