Mental health guidance for students, teachers and parents

BJC Medical Group psychiatrist from Christian Hospital, Dr. John Paruch, joined pediatric psychologists from St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Drs. Mary Cradock and Brian Richter, for a discussion on what challenges each member of the family may face, how to navigate difficult decisions and coping with uncertainty during COVID-19.
