BJC HealthCare Named Among Fortune’s ‘Most Innovative Companies’

BJC HealthCare has been named to Fortune magazine's list of "America's Most Innovative Companies 2023."

According to Fortune, the list recognizes 300 companies "transforming industries from the inside out." BJC ranked 132 and was one of 58 hospitals and health systems on the list.

In announcing the honor, Fortune noted that innovation can occur in a variety of ways, including through research and development, efficient processes, inspiring leaders, brainstorming and collaboration.

To compile the list, Fortune partnered with market research and data company Statista and focused on three categories: product innovation, process innovation and innovation culture. Statista gathered information through surveys and interviews with thousands of employees and experts in 2022.
