The BJC Outpatient Center at O'Fallon is conveniently located four miles north of Progress West Hospital, in St. Charles County.

BJC Medical Group physicians offer primary care services and wound care. We have convenient care available every day of the week, and radiology services are provided by Progress West Hospital and offered with a physicians order. Laboratory testing is available if a provider at the BJC Outpatient Center at O’Fallon orders a lab test for their patient, this will be completed and/or coordinated with their appointment.

With outpatient care, you get the treatments you need – all while returning to the comforts of your own home afterward.
