Eric Warnhoff

Eric Warnhoff, MBA, is the Director of Transformation Support at the Center for Clinical Excellence. Eric has earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University and a Certificate in Business Management from the Darden Graduate School of Business. He earned his MBA from Webster University in 2014. Since his time with BJC, Eric has implemented Lean Daily Management, facilitated RIEs, and participated in Goal Deployment throughout multiple community hospitals in the network. He is the primary instructor for BJC’s Lean Facilitator training program. He was also the project lead on the Lean transformation project in the Core Labs at SLCH.
