Pharmacy Residency Application Information

The PGY1 residency is a one-year program designed to provide a broad pharmaceutical care experience.

Application procedure

For consideration, applicants must submit the following through Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS):

  • Personal statement
  • Pharmacy school transcripts
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • Curriculum vitae

An interview is required.

Application information

  • Application deadline: January 7, 2027

Licensure

  • Residents must be licensed by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 120 days of the start of residency.
  • Residents must obtain Medication Therapy Services (MTS) certification through the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 120 days of the start of residency.
