Progress West Hospital
Opened in 2007, Progress West Hospital provides surgical services, endoscopy services, a cardiac catheterization lab, medical and surgical inpatient services, diagnostic imaging and outpatient lab services. Additionally, we offer a 24-hour adult emergency department and a specialized pediatric emergency unit in collaboration with Washington University Physicians from St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

Advanced services in St. Charles County.
Progress West Hospital provides advanced services for St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren and Pike counties. Services include the Childbirth Center that offers a Level II Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) that can provide care for premature babies born as early as 31 weeks, while keeping mothers and babies together.
The hospital’s medical office building houses specialists in primary care, cardiology, obstetrics, pediatrics and orthopedics, along with a permanent Safety Stop location, managed in partnership with St. Louis Children’s Hospital, for educating and assisting families with car seat, helmet, sleep and home safety.
Progress West Hospital is also recognized as a Certified Level II Stroke Center and Telestroke capabilities.
