About William Bartley, MD
William Bartley, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who sees patients 18 years and older. He provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams, vaccinations, and screenings. Dr. Bartley manages illnesses such as cold and flu symptoms, infections and chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and obesity. Dr. Bartley is committed to diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, ranging from minor to severe. He dedicates time to educating his patients, offering advice on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, thoroughly explaining treatments and encouraging questions. Originally from Florida, Dr. Bartley enjoys listening to audiobooks, reading the bible, cycling, taking road trips and spending time with his family. Dr. Bartley earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He completed his internship at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga and his internal medicine residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Bartley served with the U.S. Air Force and practiced with the U.S. Public Health Service for four years. This practice is a part of BJC Medical Group of Illinois.

The BJC Medical Group (BJCMG) partners with an independent survey company, Professional Research Consultants (PRC), to gather feedback directly from patients about their experiences. PRC sends electronic surveys to BJCMG patients following a medical visit, asking them to evaluate different aspects of their care. Once a provider receives at least 30 reviews, responses are calculated by our survey vendor and posted to the provider's profile using a five-star rating system.
