Stephanie Simms, ANP, is a certified adult nurse practitioner who sees patients ages 18 and older. She provides care for various cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, chest pain, congestive heart failure, valvular heart disease, pericardial disease, congenital heart disease, arrhythmias, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and peripheral artery disease. She also performs cardiovascular stress testing, ultrasounds, echocardiograms, and postoperative follow-up care.
Stephanie educates and partners with patients to improve their health and prevent further illness. She emphasizes the importance of following prescribed medication regimens, adopting a healthy lifestyle, and attending routine follow-up appointments. Stephanie is passionate about caring for patients with heart disease and empowering them to take charge of their health.
Originally from St. Peters, Stephanie enjoys spending quality time with her large family and caring for their pets.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky, and her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Nurse Practitioner and Educator, at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. She earned a Family Nurse Practitioner post-master’s certificate at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.
