Ryan Ansari, MD

Ryan Ansari, MD, is a family medicine physician who cares for patients ages 13 and older, including teens, adults, and seniors. He provides preventive health services, including physicals, Medicare wellness visits, well-woman exams, health screenings, and immunizations. He treats common illnesses and minor injuries and manages chronic conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, hypothyroidism, obesity, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and thyroid disorders. He also performs minor in-office procedures, including cryotherapy and joint injections.

Dr. Ansari builds long-term relationships and trust with his patients, partnering with them to provide comprehensive preventive care. He treats the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms and works with patients to develop mutually agreed-upon care plans for health maintenance and improvement.

Dr. Ansari is from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. On weekends, he enjoys learning about cars, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering.

Dr. Ansari earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies. He completed his family medicine residency at Lee’s Summit Family Medicine in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
