Rafi Fasihuddin, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist who treats patients ages 5 and older. He specializes in diagnosing and treating various foot and ankle conditions, including bunions, hammertoes, ankle sprains, stress fractures, diabetic foot care, sports injuries, arthritis, and heel pain. He performs reconstructive and minimally invasive surgeries, such as bunionectomies, hammertoe corrections, Achilles tendon repair, ankle arthroscopy, total ankle replacement, external fixation for deformity correction, and amputations.
Dr. Fasihuddin’s care is based on evidence-based practices and a commitment to restoring function. He enjoys building relationships with patients and making a clear impact on their quality of life by easing pain, improving mobility, fostering independence, and helping each patient return to the activities that matter most—walking, working, exercising, and living fully.
Originally from mid-Missouri, Dr. Fasihuddin enjoys staying active by playing sports and hiking. He likes road trips, trying new foods, and exploring new places with his family.
Dr. Fasihuddin earned his podiatry degree from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his residency in podiatric medicine and surgery, including additional training in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut, where he also served as chief resident for 2025.
