Rabia Asghar, MD

Rabia Asghar, MD, is a board-certified endocrinologist who sees patients 18 years and older. She diagnoses and treats various conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, parathyroid disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal gland disorders, and pituitary gland disorders. Dr. Asghar is an excellent listener who takes the time to give each patient the attention they need. She enjoys endocrinology because it allows her to build long-term relationships with her patients and closely monitor their progress and improvement throughout treatment. Originally from Pakistan, Dr. Asghar enjoys living in St. Louis. When she isn’t treating her patients, she likes to travel, cook, read, craft, box, and spend time with her family. Dr. Asghar earned her medical degree from Allama Iqbal Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan. She completed her residency at Southern Illinois University in Springfield, Illinois, and her fellowship in endocrinology at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Sealy School of Medicine, in Galveston, Texas. This practice is a part of BJC Medical Group of Missouri.
