Maria Walls, ANP

Maria Walls, ANP, is a certified adult nurse practitioner and diabetes educator who sees patients ages 18 and older. She provides preventive care, including annual wellness exams, vaccinations, and health screenings. She treats minor illnesses and injuries and manages chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, obesity, mental health, post-viral syndromes, chronic fatigue syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, fibromyalgia, and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). As a certified diabetes educator, she provides additional support for patients with diabetes and promotes healthy weight loss. 

Maria spends extra time with her patients, listens carefully to their concerns, offers guidance tailored to their needs, and involves them in health decisions. She promotes overall wellness through education and encouragement, supporting patients as they work toward their individual health goals.

Maria is from north St. Louis County, and in her spare time, she volunteers with her children and enjoys spending time with her family and caring for their dog and cats.

Maria earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri and her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Nurse Practitioner, at the University of Missouri–St. Louis in St. Louis, Missouri.
