Julien Feghaly, MD, MPH, is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in interventional cardiology who sees patients 18 years and older. He diagnoses and treats a range of heart conditions, including heart disease, coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and aortic stenosis.
Procedures he performs include cardiac catheterization, coronary stenting, angioplasty, atherectomy, patent foramen ovale, left atrial appendage occlusion, lower extremity angiography, and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR). He also performs cardiac stress testing, echocardiograms, and nuclear cardiology.
Dr. Feghaly is dedicated to personalized care—where each patient is seen, heard, and treated with the same care he would give a family member. He combines the latest advancements in cardiology with a caring approach that emphasizes clear communication, patient education, and building long-term relationships. His goal is not just to care for the heart but to support the entire person behind it.
Outside of work, Dr. Feghaly enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is grateful to be part of the vibrant, welcoming St. Louis community.
Dr. Feghaly earned his medical degree from St. George’s Hospital Medical School in London, England. He completed fellowships in cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Jacksonville, Florida. He also earned a Master of Public Health from the University of Edinburgh in Edinburgh, Scotland.
