John Hoffman, MD

John Hoffman, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who sees patients 18 years and older. He provides preventative care, including annual wellness exams and vaccinations. Dr. Hoffman treats a wide range of conditions, including cold and flu symptoms, minor illnesses and injuries and manages acute and chronic conditions like asthma, allergies, COPD, anxiety and depression, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, thyroid disease, tobacco use and urinary tract infections. Dr. Hoffman is passionate about using science and medicine to improve lives. He tailors his treatment approach to best practices and patient preferences. He finds great joy in helping people. Dr. Hoffman grew up in Madison, Wisconsin. He enjoys jazz and blues music and plays the 5-string banjo. Dr. Hoffman earned his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and completed his internal medicine residency at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
