David Lotsoff, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist (GI) who cares for patients aged 18 and older. He treats general GI conditions and specializes in Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, and eosinophilic esophagitis. Additionally, he treats irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), anemia, abdominal pain, and bowel habit issues. He performs colorectal cancer screenings, colonoscopies, and upper endoscopies.

Dr. Lotsoff is a highly skilled and compassionate physician who clearly explains diagnoses, ensuring patients understand their health conditions and available treatment options. He is committed to improving his patients’ overall well-being and quality of life through personalized care and ongoing support.

Although originally from Chicago, Dr. Lotsoff isn't a big Cubs fan. In his free time, he loves watching the St. Louis Blues, enjoys skiing, running, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with his family and pets. Dr. Lotsoff has been recognized as one of the area’s Top Doctors® by Castle Connolly through peer nominations, research, review, and screening.

Dr. Lotsoff earned his medical degree from WashU Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his internship, residency, and gastroenterology fellowship at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He is a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology and a member of the American Gastroenterological Association and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
