Courtney McFarlin, PA

Courtney McFarlin, PA, is a certified physician assistant specializing in gastroenterology (GI) for patients ages 18 and older. She manages general GI conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), eosinophilic esophagitis, ulcers, celiac disease, food allergies, and liver, gallbladder, and pancreatic disease. She also manages colorectal cancer screenings and endoscopies.

Courtney provides high-quality GI care while building meaningful relationships with her patients. She gives patients extra time and attention, addressing their GI issues in a way that is most comfortable for them, as many GI problems are difficult for patients to discuss. She is dedicated to improving her patients' GI health. 

Courtney lives in Glen Carbon, Illinois and enjoys attending youth sporting events, photography, vacationing, and spending time with her family and their pets. She serves as the director of the Belize Mission Project, a nonprofit organization that provides medical, dental, and audiology services in Belize.

Courtney earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.
