Catherine Greene, MD

Catherine Greene, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who sees patients ages 13 and older. She offers a wide range of preventive services, including pediatric and adult physicals, well-woman exams, screenings, and immunizations. She treats minor illnesses and injuries and manages chronic conditions, including asthma, allergies, Type 2 diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), thyroid issues, arthritis, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. She provides family planning, manages oral contraception and Nexplanon®, and performs in-office procedures, including minor skin treatments and joint injections.

Dr. Greene values the doctor-patient relationship. She listens to her patients and considers their personal, social, and professional lives when creating personalized treatment plans. Her goal is for all her patients to live longer, healthier lives.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Dr. Greene enjoys living in the Midwest. She loves spending time with her family, attending church, playing the piano and chess, and caring for her dog.

Dr. Greene earned her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. She completed her family medicine residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine–Alton Family Medicine Residency Program in Alton, Illinois.
