Ahmed Hussein, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in interventional and structural cardiology who sees patients 18 years and older.
He diagnoses and treats a range of heart conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, aortic stenosis and other valvular heart diseases. Procedures he performs include coronary angioplasty and stenting, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), transcatheter mitral valve repair, left atrial appendage closure, and placement of mechanical circulatory support devices.

Dr. Hussein earned his medical degree from the Alexandria University School of Medicine in Alexandria, Egypt. He completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Rochester Regional Health in Rochester, New York, his interventional cardiology fellowship at the Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut, and an advanced structural heart fellowship at Tucson Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona.
