Child Care for BJC and Washington University School of Medicine Employees

St. Louis Children's Hospital Child Development CenterThe St. Louis Children's Hospital Child Development Centers offer onsite childcare for employees of BJC HealthCare and Washington University School of Medicine. Enrollment is offered year-round to meet the needs of variable working schedules. Children are enrolled from a waiting list. The Waiting List Application can be found below.

Children are enrolled from a waiting list. The age groups include:

  • Infant/Toddler Care
  • Early Preschool, 2-3 year olds
  • Preschool, 3-4 year olds
  • Pre-Kindergarten, 4-5 year olds

There are two locations which offer a variety of services to meet your child care needs:

The St. Louis Children’s Hospital Child Development Centers’ mission is to provide a superior experience for every child, every family, every day through high quality care and educational programs that promote optimal growth and development. The curriculum is based on Developmentally Appropriate Practices and the constructivist philosophy following the Missouri Early Learning Standards.
