Before your appointment

Here's what to expect when you arrive for your infusion treatment:

  • Bring a photo ID and your insurance
  • If you’re bringing a child who is 12 or younger, please bring another adult who can watch them during your treatment. Children 12 and under are not allowed in the treatment area and must be accompanied by an adult in the waiting room.

What happens during infusion therapy?

  • Our team will verify you are well enough to receive treatment that day
  • A registered nurse will place an IV in your hand or arm
  • Your medication will be ordered and prepared by our on-site pharmacy
  • Once treatment begins, you may have one visitor over the age of 12 with you in the treatment room

What do I need to bring with me?

Bring your ID and insurance information for check-in. The treatment room has TVs, WiFi, warm blankets, and some snacks, but you can also bring in outside food, personal entertainment
