Fortunately, there’s Washington University Children’s After Hours — South County. We offer convenient child-focused medical care provided by specially trained pediatric providers. We aim to make your visit quick and efficient, keeping your child front and center. Because taking care of your child is your job. And helping you do that is ours. Walk-ins accepted or use our online system to reserve your spot in line. The online tool is available beginning 2 p.m. on weekdays and midnight on weekends.

At Washington University Children’s After Hours — South County, your child will receive the highest level of care from well-trained advanced practice providers when your pediatrician’s office is closed.
We treat common ailments such as sinus infections, fevers, joint and muscle sprains, sore throat, earache, insect bites, rashes, eye irritation, along with cough, cold and flu symptoms. Additionally, we offer testing for common respiratory illnesses like strep, RSV and COVID-19.

Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm
Holidays: 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Christmas Eve (closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day)
