Alton Memorial EMS System 2025 Education Calendar

The Alton Memorial EMS system provides EMS educational opportunities through onsite classes.

  • Any Heartsaver or Heartcode skills checks can be completed at any time with Rachel Lair. Email rachel.lair@bjc.org to schedule the skills checks.
  • EMS advisory council meetings will be conducted virtually.
  • Run review location is to be determined. If it’s online, an invite will be sent via Vairkko.
  • All classes will be held at the EMS Education office located at 161 N. Bellwood Drive, East Alton, IL 62024.
  • All classes must be paid for by check or money order.
  • All classes are FREE OF CHARGE to any provider within the Alton Memorial EMS System or Alton Memorial Hospital.

October
October 7-8: ITLS Provider 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
November
November 4: PALS Provider 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
November 19: EMS System Run Review 6–8 p.m.
November 25: EMS Advisory Council Meeting noon–1 p.m.
