Golf Raffle Tickets
Tickets are $100 each for a chance to win $5,000. Only 200 tickets will be sold. Winner need not be present to win.
Tickets for online purchase will be completed by Memorial Foundation. Memorial will keep the stub to place in the drawing and mail the purchaser their part of the numbered ticket for verification.
Drawing will be held October 6, 2025 at St. Clair Country Club.

Golfer Registration Form
To register to golf without a sponsorship, the cost is $425/golfer (teams of four). Each entry includes green fee, cart, lunch, course beverages and two post-tournament event reservations.
If you’d prefer to download and mail in your registration, a printable version is available.
Golfers are registered on a FIRST-PAID basis. The field is limited to 30 four-person teams (120 total golfers).
