The Christian Hospital Food Pharmacy Program connects clinical care with nutrition support so patients can continue their care at home with confidence.

Especially for patients managing diabetes and heart failure, access to healthy food helps them stay healthier, feel better, and avoid future hospital visits. 

The Food Pharmacy Program integrates nutrition directly into care. Patients receive personalized food prescriptions, along with access to fresh produce, healthy pantry items, and education designed to support long-term health. Each item is selected with a patient’s health condition in mind.

Empower Her is a Christian Hospital Foundation philanthropy and engagement circle dedicated to advancing women's health and well-being.
