The Christian Hospital Foundation’s 15th Annual Golf Outing
Join us for a day of golf, fun, and purpose!
Your support of this event will empower the Foundation to advance its goal of improving the health and wellness of our community. Proceeds will help support the Building Healthy Communities Fund, providing essential resources such as prescriptions, health screenings, vaccines, mammograms, and solutions to overcome barriers like food insecurity and medical transportation — all at little to no cost to patients.
