Together, we’ll support the Foundation’s efforts to provide vital resources that directly improve the health and wellness of our community — and celebrate excellence by honoring the 2025 Christian Hospital Foundation Distinguished Leader Award recipients! Gala proceeds will support our Breast Health Initiatives and the Building Healthy Communities Fund.
