Our partnership with WashU Medicine is focused on several key areas of opportunity, including:
- Improving patient care: Predictive analytics to spot disease risk early and diagnose complex conditions accurately and quickly, allowing for early intervention. Advanced analytics can also be used to accurately predict patient demand, so people have the care and resources when and where they need it.
- Personalizing medicine: Creating solutions to understand the unique needs of each patient, meaning more effective treatment outcomes and less adverse effects.
- Providing proactive support: Using chatbots and virtual assistants to provide immediate answers for frequent queries like appointment scheduling and symptom checks, while harnessing predictive analytics to help identify and engage with at-risk patients through patient reminders, wellness advice, and follow-up care information.
- Offering seamless post-care: Implementing workflow automation to streamline billing and claims processing, help schedule patient follow-ups, and document appointments so patients have an easy and transparent discharge. Because care doesn’t end when a patient is discharged.
