|Bruce Hall, MD, PhD, MBA, FACS, is Vice President and Chief Quality Officer for BJC HealthCare. Dr. Hall oversees clinical advisory services focusing on identification of high impact clinical quality, coordination, integration, and resource management issues, and efforts to address such issues relevant to priority populations. Dr. Hall is primarily responsible for physician engagement strategies to drive improvements in clinical outcomes, decreases in preventable harm, and improved efficiency of resource utilization. Dr. Hall oversees system efforts to successfully participate in alternative payment and episode payment models. Dr. Hall is also a Professor of Surgery for the Washington University School of Medicine, and adjunct professor at Washington University Olin Business School. More >> |
|Keith Woeltje, MD, PhD, is Vice President and Chief Medical Information Officer for BJC HealthCare. Dr. Woeltje directs the Healthcare Informatics group within the Center for Clinical Excellence. In this role he oversees analytics and business intelligence, clinical decision support, clinical quality abstraction and reporting, data governance, clinical information systems, and medical direction of the BJC Epic implementation. Denise Murphy, RN, BSN, MPH, CIC, CPPS FAPIC, FAAN, is Vice President for Patient Care Systems and Senior Nurse Executive for BJC HealthCare. Ms. Murphy provides leadership support for and alignment with all BJC chief nursing officers, patient safety and risk management professionals, and service excellence program personnel. Ms. Murphy also leads the deployment of standard work and a patient-centered outcomes focus in the areas of nursing practice and documentation, nursing innovations, patient experience, care coordination, and patient safety. Thomas M. Maddox MD, MSc, is the inaugural Director of the Health Systems Innovation Lab (HSIL), a partnership between BJC HealthCare and Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Maddox oversees the development of innovative health delivery solutions to spread across BJC HealthCare, Washington University School of Medicine and beyond, bringing together clinicians, patients, informaticians, public health experts, and private industry. Dr. Maddox is also a cardiologist and Professor of Medicine in the Washington University School of Medicine. More >>
Eric Warnhoff, MBA, is the Director of Transformation Support at the Center for Clinical Excellence. Eric has earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University and a Certificate in Business Management from the Darden Graduate School of Business. He earned his MBA from Webster University in 2014. Since his time with BJC, Eric has implemented Lean Daily Management, facilitated RIEs, and participated in Goal Deployment throughout multiple community hospitals in the network. He is the primary instructor for BJC’s Lean Facilitator training program. He was also the project lead on the Lean transformation project in the Core Labs at SLCH.
