It is of vital importance that every employee be able to perform at optimal levels, and provide the very best possible care to each patient, and the highest level of performance for each partner, vendor, or internal client.

This is why we require passage of a drug and background screen, as well as a physical examination, for every employee on our team. As part of this commitment, we do not hire employees who use tobacco or nicotine*.

One of our Talent Acquisition team members will email you a link from our vendor, SterlingBackCheck, which will include detailed instructions about the background screening process.
