Christian Hospital Foundation Gala Registration
The annual Christian Hospital Foundation Gala will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the Four Seasons Hotel. Purchase of a ticket and/or table includes drinks, dinner, dancing, a silent auction and the chance to celebrate distinguished awardees connected to the Christian Hospital Community. The Mardi Gras themed event will begin with a cocktail reception and auction at 5:30 pm followed by dinner and awards at 6:30 pm.
Proceeds from this event help us to continue to build hope, health and community through patient care, health access and community benefit programs.
For the safety of all attendees admission to the gala will require proof of FULL COVID-19 Vaccination or a negative COVID-19 clinical test within the previous 72 hours. Vaccination proof or a negative COVID-19 clinical test can be shown prior to admittance to the event. Proof must be a printed copy presented to registration staff at the event. Face masks must completely cover the nose and mouth and must be worn at all times unless actively consuming food or beverage.
