Your First Days

Your success is our success. The GPS program provides tools and resources to help you successfully navigate your first 13 months of employment with BJC. We know that quality time with your manager or leader-on-duty is critical to your successful transition into BJC. It is highly recommended that you and your manager schedule time to discuss your onboarding progress. You and your hiring leader or leader on duty should meet regularly to ensure your onboarding experience is going well.

Now is a good time to familiarize yourself with the tools available to you on Saba. Saba is BJC's learning and development system that houses our learning, personal and professional development opportunities. Saba tools include: 

  • A New Hire Toolkit with additional resources that will help as you begin your journey as a part of the BJC team.
  • Recommended timing and questions for each touchpoint that will help you and your manager track your progress.

You will use your BJC log-in information to access the Saba website.
