The front desk located on the first floor of the BJH Parkview Tower will be staffed by Concierge Services to provide assistance to patients and families. Concierge staff will be available 7 a.m.-9 p.m. daily. A public safety officer will be on site 9 p.m.-7 a.m. daily.
