About the Exercise Specialist
Aaron Gutjahr is our exercise specialist from the BJC HealthCare WellAware Center at the Taylor Avenue Building. He has been a personal trainer since 2002 and worked with people of all ages and physical abilities.
In 2003, Gutjahr earned a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology (minor in mathematics); and he has a master of science degree in education and exercise physiology. He is a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise, and a MADDOG certified spinning instructor. For consistent and sustainable weight loss, resistance training works.
