Troubleshooting camera and microphone access for Teladoc video visit
Instructions for a PC or Mac (Computer)
Follow the instructions below if you are having trouble with the audio (microphone) and video (camera) for your Teladoc video visit.
Select the 3 dots and then choose Settings.
Select Privacy and Security.
Select View permissions and data access store across sites.
Type VisitNow in the search box. Choose visitnow.org from the list and select Reset Permissions.
If prompted, select Allow for visitnow.org to use your microphone and camera.
