I have achalasia and am limited in the foods I can eat. How can I get the vegetables I need without having to blend them into a smoothie?

Drinking low sodium vegetable juice and blending cooked vegetables into a smoothie is the only way I know of to include vegetables in your diet. It would be wise to also take a vitamin mineral supplement until you have a procedure or surgery done to correct the achalasia.
