I am eating 6 slices of white bread a day with steamed chicken, boiled dal or lentils. Is this too much fat?

White bread, steamed chicken (without eating skin) and lentils are low fat. Boiled dal should not be fatty either, unless you are using lots of oil in the preparation of it. Switching to a whole grain bread, additional produce, and low fat dairy would improve your diet further.
