I was recently diagnosed as fructose intolerant. The resources out there are very inconsistent. I have resorted to eating meat and potatoes with no fruits or veggies because it’s so hard to determine what is OK and what is not. Recommendations?

Fructose intolerance varies from one person to the next. Eating a diet with little produce is not nutritious (and boring) so gradually try foods per the attached list. One new item at a time is wise, and start with small amounts. Eat the item for several days if tolerated, and before you add another item. You might ask your Doctor for a referral to a registered dietitian for additional dietary help. The second link I attached is more detailed, but has restrictions beyond fructose that may be helpful to some.
