I need to gain six pounds. I really feel like I’ve over-eaten today and I kind of want to gain it all by next week? I normally exercise but plan not to this week so I can gain weight quicker. Is this a possible goal?

In order to gain a true 6 pounds, you need to consume an extra 21,000 calories in one week. It is a difficult goal. If you consume high sodium foods, you may be able to hold on to extra fluid. Not exercising can save some calories.
