My husband is allergic to aspirin, can he take promethazine 25 mg for vomiting?

There is no cross sensitivity between aspirin and promethazine (Phenergan). Your husband does not have to worry about his allergy and the anti nausea drug promethazine. This can cause drowsiness. Have him be careful if he has to be alert.
