Can I take Allegra D and Benadryl D at the same time?

No, do not take Allegra D (fexofenadine, pseudoephedrine) with Benadryl D (diphenhydramine, pseudoephedrine). This would be duplication of both antihistamines and decongestants.

Taking these together can increase the risk of high blood pressure, nervousness, palpitations, problems with sleep, or other serious side effects. Take one or the other but not both together.

If you have high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you are a male with prostate problems, please speak to your physician before taking either of these medications.
