Will my daily dose of aspirin conflict with Tylenol Sinus and Allergy medication?

Tylenol Sinus and Allergy (acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, pseudoephedrine) would only interact with aspirin if you are taking unusually high doses of either one. Do not take more than prescribed on the labels.

Limit the total daily amount of acetaminophen (Tylenol) to not more than 4000mg (FDA recommendation) or 3200mg (J&J recommendation). Actually acetaminophen and aspirin are ingredients in several OTC pain and cold medications.
