Can you take cephalexin 500 mg and Rynatan at the same time? Cephalexin given for upper respiratory infection. Rynatan was given for sinus at an earlier date and didn't know if they could be used at the same time.

There are no direct drug interactions between cephalexin (Keflex) and Rynatan (chlorpheniramine, phenylephrine). They may be taken together if needed.

If you have high blood pressure or heart disease, please speak to your doctor prior to taking any oral decongestant like phenylephrine. Take the cephalexin until completely gone.
