I took two 10 mg pills instead of one of phenylephrine HCI, my regular Sudaphed was "take 2 every 4-6 hours" and these are take one and they look just the same, will I be ok?

The maximum daily dose of phenylephrine (Sudafed PE) is 60 mg, but this is expected to be divided and taken every 4 to 6 hours. So you took more than the maximum recommended single dose but less than the total daily dose.  Adverse reactions include: angina, anxiety, high blood pressure, insomnia and restlessness.

Please always read the instructions and dosing limits before taking any medication.
